Terms of Use and Terms of Sale

networking.yachts · Version 1.1 · Effective date: 2 November 2026

These terms govern the website https://networking.yachts and the tickets sold on it. Section 7 is our Terms of Sale, including how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work. Section 8 sets out the terms of the $VALT cashback promotion. By signing in or buying a ticket you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.

1. Parties

1.1. The service networking.yachts (the "Service") is operated by Tatiana Mikhailova, acting as an individual (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"). The Operator organizes the events listed on the Service and sells the tickets to them. The Operator is also the author of the Service and holds the rights in its software, design and texts.

1.2. "networking.yachts" is the name of the Service. It is not a separate company or legal entity.

1.3. Local partner – a business that the Operator engages to provide services for an event, such as the venue or vessel, catering, local permits, insurance or on-site staff. The event team is the staff of the Operator and of its local partners working at an event.

1.4. Guest, "you" – a person who uses the Service, signs in for an event or buys a ticket.

1.5. Who sells you the ticket. The Operator organizes every event on the Service and sells every ticket in its own name, at a price it sets, and receives the payment. The Operator is responsible to you for the payment, the ticket, the event as described on its event page, customer support, and cancellations and refunds under section 7. Local partners provide their services to the Operator under their agreements with the Operator (section 6). You do not pay local partners, and they do not accept payments for tickets.

2. The Service

2.1. The Service helps professionals meet in person at networking events. On the Service you can:

  • sign in for an event for free;
  • see who else has signed in for the same event and who of them may be worth meeting, with a short explanation written by AI (section 4);
  • buy tickets to the event (section 7);
  • receive cashback in $VALT on your ticket purchase (section 8).

2.2. What we sell. We sell tickets – admission to a networking event. Each event page states the event's date, start time, city and venue, what is included (as a rule, food and drinks), the dress code, the minimum age, the ticket price and its currency.

2.3. The venue. The venue of each event is chosen by the Operator and stated on the event page. It may be a yacht or another vessel, moored or cruising – our first events, for example, take place on a yacht in Dubai. A ticket is admission to the networking event held at that venue. It is not transportation, a cruise, the charter or rental of a vessel, a tour, accommodation or a travel package, and the Operator does not sell any of these.

2.4. Signing in, viewing the guest list and matches are free. You pay only for tickets.

2.5. We may improve, change or remove features of the website. This does not change the tickets you have already bought.

3. Account and sign-in

3.1. You sign in with your own Google account. Your first sign-in creates your account on the Service. We never see or ask for your Google password.

3.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. An event may set a higher minimum age (section 7.8).

3.3. An account is for one person. Do not sign in on behalf of someone else or pretend to be someone else.

3.4. Keep the information in your profile accurate. Profiles may not contain links, email addresses or phone numbers.

3.5. Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile then leaves every guest list. Tickets you have already bought remain valid, so keep your ticket email. Cashback that has not yet been sent to a wallet is lost when the account is deleted, so connect a wallet first if you want to receive it.

3.6. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. If we close your account for any other reason, your tickets for upcoming events remain valid or, at your choice, are refunded in full.

4. Profiles and AI matching

4.1. Your guest card shows your first name and the initial of your family name, photo, title, company, city, a short "About" and the Instagram and LinkedIn you add in Settings. Only people who have signed in for the same event see the guest list and your card. Your email address is never shown to other guests; your full family name only if you turn on "Show my full last name" in Settings (then also on the page of your invite link).

4.2. Your title, company, city and "About" may be prepared from public professional sources and edited by AI for style. You can change them in Settings or ask us to correct them. The Privacy Policy explains how this works.

4.3. Matches are suggestions. Our AI compares the profiles and interests of the people signed in for the same event and suggests who may be worth meeting, with a short reason. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any particular person will attend, that you will meet anyone in particular, or any business, financial or personal result from attending.

4.4. Matches do not decide whether you can buy a ticket or attend an event.

4.5. The Service has no messaging between guests. A "like" on a card is a light signal of interest. The guest list and matches of an event remain available for 30 days after it ends.

5. Conduct

5.1. On the Service and at events, treat other guests, the event team and the venue staff with respect. You must not:

  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • copy, collect or export other guests' data, or use it to send unsolicited messages or advertising;
  • create fake accounts, impersonate others or give false information about yourself;
  • interfere with or try to bypass the security of the Service;
  • resell tickets at a profit or advertise them for resale;
  • break the law or the rights of others.

5.2. At the event you must follow the instructions of the event team and, at a venue on a vessel, of the captain and crew, including all safety instructions. Please drink responsibly.

5.3. The event team may refuse entry to, or remove from the event, a person who is below the event's minimum age, does not show an ID when asked, is visibly intoxicated, endangers the safety of others or seriously breaches this section. In that case the ticket is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.

5.4. If you breach this section, we may remove your content, suspend or close your account and cancel your access to future events.

6. Local partners

6.1. Who they are. For each event the Operator engages local partners – for example, the operator of the vessel and a local company that holds the event permits. They are the Operator's suppliers: the Operator buys their services under its agreements with them and pays for them on their invoices. Local partners do not sell tickets on the Service and do not accept payments from Guests.

6.2. Their services. Under their agreements with the Operator, local partners provide the services they have taken on, which may include: the venue and, where the venue is a vessel, its operation with all required licences, crew and safety equipment; catering and the lawful service of drinks; the required local permits and insurance; check-in staff; and compliance with the law of the place where the event is held.

6.3. Guest data. Local partners and their check-in staff receive only the guest data needed to admit Guests (names, number of tickets, order number and check-in status). They use it only for that purpose, on the Operator's instructions, and may not use it for their own marketing.

6.4. Independence. Local partners are independent businesses that contract with the Operator. They are not its employees or agents.

7. Terms of Sale

7.1. The ticket. One ticket admits one person to the event stated on it, on the date and at the time shown on the event page and on the ticket. It includes what the event page lists as included (as a rule, food and drinks). It does not include transport to or from the venue, accommodation or anything not listed on the event page.

7.2. Price and booking fee. The ticket price is shown on the event page in the currency of the event (for example, AED for events in the United Arab Emirates). At checkout a booking fee is added as a separate line, "Booking fee", with its percentage. The total you pay – the tickets plus the booking fee – is shown before you pay. We charge nothing beyond this total. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

7.3. Taxes. Ticket prices are set by the Operator and include the taxes due on the event, such as VAT, where they apply. Where VAT is included, checkout shows its rate. We add no other taxes.

7.4. Your order. One order can include several tickets, up to the limit per person shown on the ticket card. While you pay, we hold your tickets for 30 minutes. The contract for your tickets is made when your payment is confirmed. If after payment we cannot confirm your seat – for example, if the event is already full or the payment fails our security check – we cancel the order and refund the full amount, including the booking fee, within 14 days.

7.5. Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. The charge appears on your statement as NETWORKING.YACHTS.

7.6. Delivery. Tickets are electronic; nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, your tickets are sent by email to the address you gave at checkout and are always available in "My tickets" in your account. The ticket shows the order number (AIN-…), date and time, venue, dress code, minimum age and a code for check-in.

7.7. Check-in. At the venue the event team checks you in on the guest list by name, email or order number. Keep your ticket at hand; you may be asked for an ID. If the venue is a vessel that leaves its berth, boarding closes at the time stated on the event page or the ticket; if you arrive later, we cannot guarantee entry and the ticket is not refunded.

7.8. Minimum age and dress code. Each event has a minimum age and a dress code, shown on the event page and the ticket. Where alcohol is served, the minimum age follows local law – for events in the United Arab Emirates it is usually 21. If you buy tickets for other people, you must make sure they meet the minimum age. A person below the minimum age will not be admitted, and the ticket is not refunded.

7.9. Tickets in the buyer’s name. All tickets of an order are issued in the name of the buyer. The buyer’s guests come to the event together with the buyer under their order; their names are not recorded. A ticket cannot be transferred to another person or reissued in another name. The buyer makes sure their guests meet the minimum age, and these terms apply to the guests. Resale of tickets is not allowed.

7.10. No change-of-mind refunds. Tickets are for a leisure service on a specific date. Under Spanish consumer law (Article 103(l) of the consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, which implements Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. A ticket is therefore not refunded if you change your mind or cannot attend, except as set out in sections 7.4 and 7.11–7.13.

7.11. Cancelled event. If an event is cancelled, we email you and refund the full amount of your order, including the booking fee, to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice. You do not need to ask for it.

7.12. Rescheduled event. If an event moves to a new date, we email you, and your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you can ask for a full refund, including the booking fee, within 14 days of our notice; we refund it within 14 days of your request.

7.13. Other significant changes. If the event moves to another city, or changes significantly in another way, section 7.12 applies. For weather, safety or the instructions of the authorities, we or the vessel's operator may keep the vessel at its berth, shorten or change its route, or move the event to another venue nearby; these changes alone are not a significant change.

7.14. How refunds are made. Refunds go to the original payment method, in the currency of the payment. After we issue a refund, your bank may need 5–10 business days to show it. We are not responsible for differences caused by your bank's currency conversion.

7.15. Payment problems and disputes. If you were charged twice or see a charge you do not recognise, write to us and we will sort it out; duplicate charges are refunded in full. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. While a payment dispute is open, the cashback for that order is frozen (section 8.7).

7.16. Questions about orders go to the support chat on the website. Please include your order number.

8. $VALT cashback

8.1. What $VALT is. $VALT is a utility token of the events industry, used for entertainment at events where it is accepted. It is issued and developed by its own project, not by the Operator – see https://valt.pro. In these terms, $VALT means only the token on BNB Smart Chain (chain ID 56) with the contract address 0x33B2755eBc695Ea0aC93d13b65C44998C2a1333f.

8.2. The Service only uses $VALT as a bonus for buying a ticket. The Operator does not issue, sell, buy or exchange $VALT and does not hold it on your behalf. Cashback is not part of the ticket price, not a means of payment and not money; it cannot be exchanged with us for money. $VALT is not an investment, and cashback is not a promise of income or profit. We do not promote $VALT and are not responsible for the token, its project, its price or the platforms where it is used – except for sending you the cashback due under this section.

8.3. How much. For each ticket purchase you receive cashback in $VALT, calculated as a percentage of the price of your tickets, not counting the booking fee. The percentage is set for each event and shown on its page and at checkout.

8.4. Conversion. We credit cashback in $VALT at the market rate of $VALT to USDT. At the token issuance stage this rate is 1 VALT = 1 USDT. Tickets are priced in national currencies, so we convert the cashback amount into USDT at our internal rate of USDT to the currency of the ticket (for AED – 3.6725 AED per 1 USDT). The amount of $VALT is fixed when the cashback is credited and is not recalculated later; the rate for future cashback may change. This is not a promise to exchange $VALT for USDT or for money.

8.5. Referral cashback. Each event has its own invite link for every guest. The first invite a person accepts links them to the inviter. The inviter then receives cashback in $VALT on every ticket purchase that person makes, including future events, at the referral percentage of the event they buy tickets for. Booking fees are excluded. Apart from the percentage, this section applies to referral cashback as well.

8.6. Your wallet. Cashback is credited to your account when you pay. To receive it, connect a wallet to your account and confirm with a signature that the address is yours; we then send the cashback from our own payout wallet to that address on BNB Smart Chain, as a rule within 24 hours after payment. Until you connect a wallet, your account keeps a record of the cashback due to you. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: we cannot recover tokens sent to the address you confirmed. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and access to it.

8.7. Cancellation and freezing. Cashback that has not been sent is cancelled if its order is refunded or cancelled, or if the event is cancelled. If a payment is disputed with the card issuer (a chargeback), its cashback is frozen until the dispute is resolved.

8.8. Delays. We may pause cashback payouts for all guests, or hold the cashback for an order while we check the payment. In these cases cashback may take longer than 24 hours to arrive.

8.9. Using $VALT. You may use $VALT where it is accepted. Whoever accepts $VALT sets their own terms. Third-party platforms, such as decentralised exchanges, may let you swap $VALT for other crypto assets; they are not ours and set their own rules, fees and availability. Network fees on BNB Smart Chain are paid in BNB. The Operator does not guarantee any exchange rate, liquidity, buyer or price for $VALT and has no obligation to buy it back.

8.10. Risks. We give cashback in $VALT as a bonus, not as a security or an investment. $VALT gives no share, dividend, vote or other right in the Operator or the Service. Its value is not guaranteed and may fall, even to zero. $VALT also carries technical risks, such as failures or delays of the blockchain network, and regulatory risks: laws on crypto assets in the European Union, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere may change and may restrict cashback or what you can do with $VALT. Nothing we say about $VALT is financial advice.

8.11. Law and taxes. You are responsible for following the laws of your country and for any taxes related to your cashback. Where the law does not allow it, we may not credit or send cashback.

8.12. Changes to the promotion. Cashback is a promotion. We may change or end it for future purchases; the percentage that applies is always the one shown at checkout when you buy. Cashback already credited is not affected.

9. Liability

9.1. We are responsible to you for selling you the ticket, for the event as described on its event page and for refunds under section 7, and we run the Service with reasonable care and skill.

9.2. We organize each event with our local partners (section 6). Where the venue is a vessel, its operation – navigation, crew, licences and safety equipment – is the responsibility of the vessel's operator. If something goes wrong at an event, write to us: we handle your complaint ourselves.

9.3. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9.4. The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for the services of third parties that you choose to use, such as LinkedIn, Google, wallets or exchanges.

9.5. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). If an event cannot take place for such a reason, section 7.11 applies.

9.6. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and termination

10.1. We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. The Terms of Sale in force when you bought a ticket continue to apply to that ticket.

10.2. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (section 3.5).

10.3. If we discontinue the Service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. Tickets for events that will not take place are refunded in full.

10.4. These terms are available in English, Russian and Arabic. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.

10.5. If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force.

11. Complaints, governing law and disputes

11.1. Complaints. Send complaints to inform@networking.yachts and include your order number if it concerns a ticket. We reply within 14 days to questions about payments and refunds and, in any case, within one month.

11.2. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

11.3. Courts. Disputes are decided by the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and where the law so provides, we may bring proceedings against you only there.

11.4. Out-of-court resolution. The Operator is not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme for consumer disputes. You may contact the consumer protection authority of your place of residence.
